Sheila Reader
Founder & Musical Theatre Instructor
Sheila is the heart of Smash and the driving force behind our incredible programs. With years of experience in theatre, Sheila guides our Rising Stars, Senior Mainstage, Junior Company, and Company programs with a focus on building confidence and honing each student’s unique talents.
Cassandra Reader-Romo
Musical Theatre & Dance Instructor
Cassandra, known affectionately as “Coco,” leads classes for Smash Sparks, Rising Stars, Senior Mainstage and our new Junior Company while also running our exciting camps. With a background in both dance and theatre, she helps students combine their love for movement with the storytelling magic of musical theatre.
Ashley Van Nes
Musical Theatre Instructor
Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and infectious energy to her classes. From Smash Sparks to Rising Stars and Camps, she ensures every young performer feels supported as they grow their skills on stage.
Amazing Support Staff & Fantastic Student Helpers
Behind the scenes, we’re grateful for the dedication and creativity of our support team, from marketing and content creation to stage management and costume design. Additionally, our wonderful student helpers work hard as backstage crew and assistants, ensuring everything runs smoothly while gaining hands-on experience in theatre production.
