We know how busy life can get, and keeping up with all the details of your child’s theatre journey can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our Parent Portals — dedicated, password-protected spaces designed to keep our academy and company parents informed and connected.

These exclusive online hubs will be the go-to places for everything you need to know about your child’s classes, performances, and special Smash events.

What’s Inside the Portals?

The Portals are filled with important resources and updates, including:

  • Show details – including what is required for performances and which cast is performing on which nights.

  • Early registration and priority ticket sales – be the first to secure your child’s spot and get the best seats in the house.

  • Vocal tracks and rehearsal resources – helping students practice at home.

  • Behind-the-scenes photos – capturing special moments from rehearsals and performances.

  • Important announcements and key dates – all in one place, so you never miss an update.

Why You Should Check Them Regularly

Many of these details may not be available anywhere else, so it’s essential for parents to get into the habit of checking the portals regularly. This will ensure you have all the information you need about upcoming shows, rehearsals, and Smash events.

Which Portal is Right for you

If you are currently registered in our Senior Mainstage, Rising Stars or Smash Sparks program then please visit the PARENT PORTAL. If you are in the Company or Junior Company, please visit the COMPANY PORTAL.

How to Access the Portals

Both the Parent Portal and the Company Portal are password-protected, and access details will be provided to all registered families. Please note these have different passwords so be sure to use the correct password if you have children in both programs. Be sure to bookmark the pages and check in frequently to stay updated!
