Junior Company
The Smash Junior Company is a placement only program designed for young, talented performers aged 11 and up who are passionate about musical theatre. This program nurtures emerging performers who already have a strong foundation in singing, acting, and formal dance training. Students dive deeper into the fundamentals of musical theatre, including singing, acting, choreography, and stage presence.
Program Requirements:
Minimum two years in Smash Rising Stars program (or one year plus camp participation)
Current or previous formal dance training
Strong vocal skills and character development abilities
Flexible scheduling for increased rehearsal commitments
Performance Opportunities:
Junior Company students perform in their own dedicated production and may also appear in both Company and Rising Stars full-scale shows, maximizing stage experience and musical theatre development.
SMASH Company
The SMASH Company Program is a premier musical theatre training program for advanced performers aged 16 and older.
Designed for passionate and experienced students, this year-long program offers an in-depth exploration of essential theatrical disciplines, including stage directions, improvisation, theatre vocabulary, vocal techniques, and choreography. Our goal is to equip students with the comprehensive skills needed to bring vibrant musical productions to life on stage.
Placement into the Company Program is by invitation or evaluation, ensuring that every participant is committed, experienced, and ready to grow. We seek performers who have demonstrated dedication to the arts and have extensive theatre experience and training.

The Company Program offers a unique opportunity to showcase talents in a full-length musical production. Whether delivering a powerful solo or moving together as part of an ensemble, students will help create a performance that is unforgettable, inspiring, and full of heart.
